Best book ever!!!!

What did you love best about Simple Strides Toward Positive Change?

The messages are strong yet simple. You are perfectly imperfect. You are worthy, you are beautiful just the way you are right now. I have heard or read all this before but no one has quite ever got this through to me as much as Susan. This little book has helped me improve my self esteem, confidence and to stop beating myself up mentally. Susan has helped me become alot more accepting of myself. Highly recommended for everyone and teens would especially benefit from reading this.
