really like this recording. her voice is very calming and i oftem fall asleep before a meditation has finished. there are many chapters, all 10-20mins which is perfect. great for sleep although i wouldn't use to wake me up in the morning
I find Linda Hall's "simple Meditations" very soothing- both the music and her meditation ideas. I had to get used to her British accent, but the music and her ideas to help you put your tension aside were motivating. Each meditation lasts 11-12 minutes so you can stop hers and continue with your own, or let it continue to play and fall asleep. And you can choose to pay attention to the hypnotic music or her story about relaxing or breathing.
