This has been the most logical and easy to list...

This has been the most logical and easy to listen to "Self-Help" book I have ever read. What I like most about this book is that it gives you the tools to actually implement the habits and theory into practice. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Awesome series

I enjoyed the approach taken here. There isn't a lot of unnecessary hand holding and you-can-do-it-if only-you-think-positive non-sense. Instead there are practical tips and a real world perspective delivered in a clear and straightforward way. Well done.

Worth a read

When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them.

I love this series

The breakdown of each book into 21 days, with each day having an exercise/task. There's a lot of good self-help books out there, but this one guides you in making actual change instead of just reading about it.

Very helpful one-step-at-a-time guide

Truly a fantastic book with lots of great insights and golden nuggets for how to make small but powerful changes. I loved it and live by what I have learned. If you want to uplevel your life but don’t know how to start, this is for you.

Touching, beautiful, well written

I listen this at every difficult point of my life, and it helped me a lot. What I particularly liked is that the author suggests meditating with an intention, attention to what is, and a kind, caring attitude.

Brilliant book.

I would highly recommend this book by Shauna Shapiro. It is a beautiful and well written book on self-compassion, mindfulness and the practices to go with them. This is exactly the type of book we all need to live mindfully and with love, in modern society.
