Very good book simple and practical points.

Very good book, fast read, but exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone that needs a reminder, a few new tools or simply wants to start acting with more self discipline Great short easy read on steps to improve one's energy. I believe most books have at least one important nugget for each reader. The nugget for me in this book was having a mindset to improve energy. I enjoyed the fact the book contained very simple and practical points.

Self-discipline explained

Self-discipline explained in a more detailed and simple way that everyone can understand and relate to. Maintaining self-discipline is really hard especially with all the distractions around and immediate gratification is very tempting. With the help of this book, you can start forming plans, build self-discipline in your own phase, and achieve your goal in a very satisfying way.

Great book on self-discipline!

If only more people learned self-discipline, society would be so much better off. The author does a great job of not only teaching you how to be self-disciplined, but also the possible reasons behind our lack of discipline. This book can definitely help you with that. This contains tips which can aid you in improving yourself, such as building the confidence you need in order to pursue your goals and become successful in it.
The contents of this book are really practically useful in the real world, so it's worth listening. I would recommended this book.

Great way of motivation

Everyone are working on their own goal in life but some have the hardship to achieve. Strong determination is not enough, but disciplining yourself to focus your mind and body on the process of achieving one’s goal is necessary. In this book, Kevin Baker made an extensive outline on how to develop a habit of self-discipline and going through the toughness to believe in yourself in achieving your goal. He further explained the various ways of becoming an unstoppable achiever and included some practical exercises to discipline yourself. The benefits are for you to stay focus and motivated, able to overcome your fear being replaced with confidence, avoid unproductive distractions and achieving a massive results of your hardwork. I love this book.

I am always looking for ways to be discipline in order to get things done and have control over myself. i enjoyed this book

I enjoyed this book. I'm a firm believer in self discipline as the best way to be productive, lose weight, etc., buts it's never been easy for me to put into practice. This book has helped me with key insights and routines to help me get on track
