The description of the content of this book left me expecting a different audio experience. In my view this audiobook seemed to provide hint and ideas about how to make a presentation - perhaps geared more to sales presentations. I was hoping for some insights that were concerned with increasing the effectiveness or impact of business or general conversations. Even though I listened to a 'sample' of the audiobook, I didn't quite realise how specific the content would be. Unfortunately, for me, it didn't quite deliver what I was hoping for.
