Not for me.

This was like being lulled to sleep by Reggie Kray. I couldn't take it seriously at all I'm afraid.

Sleeping

At last I sleep. I was sceptical at first, however there is something that just makes me relax and drift off.
I cannot say what it is that makes me drop off or what it is that has me calmer throughout the day but I love it.

Works every time

I have used this repeatedly to get to sleep when my ADHD brain won't shut up and let me get to sleep. Some people have said that Glenn's accent is off-putting. I love it myself. He sounds like a real British person, rather than a syrupy American talking through their nose. And more to the point, his stuff works. If I have one wish, it is that his sleep sessions would not just end but would carry on with sleep music or sounds after he's finished speaking, as I can wake up again when it ends and I can hear my husband's snoring. Ah the joy of misophonia.

Soothing and relaxing

I loved all that I heard before falling asleep which wasn't very long given Glenn has such a deep calming voice. His sleep hypnosis audible content are my number one go to when I struggle to sleep. I can guarantee I will fall asleep fast listening to his voice.

Fall asleep every time!!

This is a really affective way to fall asleep if you get woken up multiple times a night like I do by my little one and struggle to settle back off to sleep. If you can get passed the accent, (which is a little funny), the techniques are really good & very relaxing. I fall asleep every time I listen before getting to the end!

Thank you Glenn!

I know the first half of this audio off by heart.. but I have no idea what the second half says, so I think that says it all!

This recording has been a life saver for me. After deciding to come off medication that I was relying on for sleep, it has helped me SO much in allowing my brain to learn to sleep naturally again. The pauses between Glenn speaking open up those 'gaps' in thoughts that can be really hard to achieve when you're actually trying to do it (e.g. meditating).

Highly recommend. Massive thank you to Glenn for creating these and making them free to us.
