The Autoimmune Wellness book was quite detailed

The Autoimmune Wellness book was quite detailed (a little too detailed in my mind) BUT the charts of foods allowed and other information were laid out MUCH better and more comprehensive (aesthetically). And the recipes in the Autoimmune Wellness book were very creative. So I will absolutely use both in tandem for my new adventure. Now off to find good cookbooks!

The book wasn't drawn out or exhausting

The tips, menus and shopping records made it conceivable to make the progress. It covers such a great amount in such a smaller simple to listen to control. If you purchase just one book on the Paleo Diet unrest, make it this one! This book clarifies a great deal of the what and why behind paleo eating.

Love this book

Love this book. It's a little overwhelming to try to do a drastic diet change but this book is definitely just like it says...for beginners. It is not overwhelming and is laid out nicely. The recipes are doable without much effort and the ingredients are pretty easy to find. Would definitely recommend this book to anyone, even if your not a beginner because of the recipes in the book.

This book is great for beginners to Paleo! It not only contains enough recipes to get you started but its easy listening format explains the paleo benefits and gives weekly meal plans. I highly recommend it for anyone starting.

This book was so helpful to me.

This book was so helpful to me. When I decided to try the aip paleo diet, I had already done a healing diet, and I knew they worked. I just needed to up my game. I didn’t need explanations or to be convinced. I just needed to get down to the nitty gritty. This book helped me so much get my mind around what I needed to do and how to do it. It is a must have for anyone wanting to tackle aip. I have recommended this book so many times and everyone has thanked me for that help. The price is certainly

This was a nice audiobook, it was more than just a cookbook, it was a wonderful resource for people that may be interested in the paleo diet. Nice audiobook found a lot of nice information about the paleo diet and how it is effective.

Good ideas and great recipes.

Good ideas and great recipes. I wish it would have covered more about fermented choices as well. Easy to understand and guidance for making choices for our new lifestyle. We would recommend this book for anyone starting on the Paleo way of life!

Needs A Better Proof

The recipes in this book all sound amazing and super easy! My only qualm with the book, however is the ingredients in the description don't always match the ones listed. Another one I've come across is maple syrup in the description, but molasses in the ingredients list.

Excellent Resource

I stumbled across the AIP six months ago after years of increasing health issues. The protocol has been a game changer for me, and this book was the perfect supplemental resource to my continued progress. An excellent choice for Keto beginners!

I found this audio book to be very beneficial to my Ketogenic diet goals. This audio book helped me understand the Ketogenic more better compared to other Ketogenic audio books out there. It's a great guide for getting you started off on the right foot. It provided useful tips and tricks to help you enjoy and sustain your Ketogenic diet journey.
