Bro talk and self promotion

Aubrey should refrain from writing more books until his spiritual path is complete. This is littered with ill placed bro talk and odd juvenile humour. So obviously aimed at young men specifically that it should come with a disclaimer. Also this book does not lend itself well to being an audio book, there is so much information that you will need to take notes if it is to be of any benefit to you. Aubrey should heed his own advice and be more concise in his writing. This book could have been a very helpful and simple blog post. Aubrey also quotes himself. Seriously.

too large to do list.

excessive cursing. too large to do list.. no psychological tips besides taking pills that contains vitamins etc. also tells what what stores to buy from but does not say exactly what to buy.thought the book would tell something about 2 stories like one way with digesting and another way without digesting.. this book made it sound like u
its impossible to perform without digesting to perfection.. also sounded like this book could have been shortened by at least 75%. also some words were really hard and made it hard to understand exactly what was being said, which could have been avoided easily by just explaining the hard words a tiny bit.

Entertaining Naration Dull content

Swearing and entertaining diet book..but overall poo in my opinion ( poo is discussed)

Written by a rich person, for rich people
Plenrt of selling of his own " supplements " or suggesting you buy some kit to make your life better! I listened to about half and racked up $100 s of wanted stuff that is suggested you need (difuser for your office, mini trampoline to wake you up) returned as I saw the light ( not the light headphones suggested that shine light though your ears)

You need to know eat healthy...excercise.. hydrate and..
.guess what.. processed food is Bad! omg I had no idea..

Save 11 hours of your life! unless you have loads of cash in which case you will find loads of materialistic stuff to buy that will definitely make your wallet lighter!

Fantastic life book!

I nipped through the book in a couple of days. It was super entertaining and enormously practical. I’m pre-ordering copies for all my family and friends! Aubrey covers everything. You literally don’t need to buy another diet, health or lifestyle book ever again. This has you covered. The research is solid, the delivery is filled with positivity and love...and it’s funny! I wish all writers put as much time, effort and heart into their writing.

Interesting and insightful knowledge narrated perfectly

Really enjoyed this book. He covers every base imaginable from the start to the finish of your day, whether it be nutrition advice or life hacks. Narrated in a mild and calming voice makes his message effective and impactful to make change in your own life. Would highly recommend to people who want to take their life to the next level in every aspect

great, applicable nuggets in a wholistic approach

pretty much loved it. Aubrey takes you on a journey, life- and bio-hacks are woven into a story, founded in his mission / life's purpose.
I am in favour of micro-improvements to shift the macro.
Everyone can try to own one day.
I will re-listen to it to get more gems out of it.

Simple but Effective strategies to own your day

I am impressed with the strategies mentioned in this book esp chapters on sleep and the morning mineral cocktail.It would be nice if Aubrey could list out the imporant points like a cheat sheet at the end of this book for quick reference.

Probably the best gift you can give yourself today

I am truly grateful this book entered my world because aside from all the life changing advice in it. It gave me something way more valuable: a new and stronger belief in myself, a better feeling about the future and a rock solid love for the present. this book should be taken seriously... and with that said i dare you. no, i double dare you ;) to give it a listen/read and not see your life elevate with more joy, more ambition, more love and a heck of big bag of awesome new tricks that actually work wonders and is worth it's grain of tasty (himalayan sea) salt. im just being honest here guys... give it a go. Aubrey is the real deal
