Fantastic!
I can highly recommend this book. It has been written by an experienced professional who has lots of useful and practical advice. It is also full of examples, stories and anecdotes - I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. It has really challenged my core beliefs about anger and I think it will make a real difference to how I cope with angry feelings.

Good tips to take away from reading this. Thanks!
Great hints and tips to use in the real world. After reading other similar books that were not very good, I personally was impressed by this one. It doesnt drag on to the point you switch off which was particularly helpful too!

Had me crying laughing!
The most sexist piece of writing I’ve ever heard, to the point it was actually comical

Helpful
I enjoyed the book, it wasn’t full of examples and references to studies to pad it out which many books seem to do and gave me some food for thought which I will find very helpful.

Excellent Short Book
A really useful and thought provoking book. In a short space of time the author introduces some very straightforward and accessible strategies for change. It has completely altered how I view internal thought processes and emotions. Thoroughly recommended.

OK if you live in a world you can control
Rather simplistic. Some useful bits - the last chapter is quite useful - but relies on you being able to control things which I can't control. eg ensure your life has lots of things you enjoy by planning them out. He then describes a lovely time where I am certain his wife cooks, shops etc and I would guess he has a cleaner. agh

Short informative advice
Clear simple advice. Not bogged down in scientific detail and long winded explanation
This seems to be a practical guideline for dealing with very common problems that affect so many of us I’m looking forward to putting its lessons to practice and the text is short enough to want to listen again if need be …which in my case is likely

A good starting place
Yes a short book but very concise and to the point, a good read for those with mild anger/irritability. Well worth a listen.
