HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....

This book starts by explaining the negative calorie diet and backs up the explanation with studies and science. It then lists "negative calorie" foods as well as health foods that will be incorporated in the diet plan. I enjoyed learning all the benefits of the different fruits, veggies and proteins.

This book came at the right time for me. I was looking for a different approach how to loose weight and can report that this book provided me with many great ideas and recipes. I can highly recommend it to anybody looking for a great guide on Negative Calorie Diet. Recipes which proves healthy can be also delicious.

Amazing book

I read the book and share experiences. A good book. The book covers food routine very well give you all the data you would have to start with the usual food. It gives you all the basic advice on the question of what you should eat and what you should not eat. Thanks to the author! Recommended!

Great book

From time to time I love trying new diets and check how they work so I finally decided to try the Negative calorie diet. The book covers the diet very well giving you all the information you'd need to get started with the diet. It gives you all the necessary tips as to what you are supposed to eat and what you are not supposed to eat. I tried a couple of the recipes and they are good as well.

Worth one.

This book changed my life. I learned how to shop and cook healthily. I lost 16 lbs in just over a month. So far keeping it off well. I'm so happy !

The recipes are easy and quick to make, and you don’t need to be good at cooking. All you need it a small kitchen and a the few ingredients that are very easily available. This book starts by explaining the negative calorie diet and backs up the explanation with studies and science. I also appreciated the tips provided for getting family on board with the diet and also how to eat out and stay healthy.

The book covers the eating routine extremely well giving all of you the data you'd have to begin with the eating routine. It gives all of you the fundamental tips in the matter of what you should eat and what you shouldn't eat. Have imparted book to a few companions and all remark on the immense data and how it's helped them. it's a decent perused and is extremely valuable.
