this is an excellent meditation for relaxation and to help with falling asleep. however, that is not the purpose. i bought it expecting a guided meditation to move forward and let go of the past. I listened to better ones for free on YouTube.
Don't remember a single word but fall asleep within 5 minutes. In this format I got through it in 3 sessions and I'm going to 'read' it again and again. Lollllllll.

I was new to these possibilities of help for a way to health. It does!
I didn't find any help with what the title suggests. it just seemed to be sounds to listen to and a dot to focus on "now"

This is a great way to bore your subconscious mind into a state of ...what? What exactly? There's no real guidance, goal or result other than zoning out. So many better options than this..,
