companion cd to the book

this is a companion album to the book of the same name. the book is only available on Kindle. you could buy either one without the other and I haven't read much of the book yet but it has much more than this album, and together is a nice combo. only thing is I wish it was longer! nice music, nice guided meditations with each track available with and without guided meditations
