Mind Gym....Great Book!!!!

Healthier thinking for improved living:

Mind Gym is a superb guide to the influence of thought and how it distresses your life. The book has both the philosophy behind how you think and applied steps you can take to apply the ideologies. If you think that the aptitude to recover your life is right between your ears, this book is well worth your time.

Best book ever!!!

I learnt so much out of this book in terms of methods for controlling stress. It also made me touch authenticated for the things I already was doing right and the stories of how other people had occupied their fears urged me on to try even harder to achieve my goals. A certainly decent listen..

Love this audible!

Decent Book! I listen it a few years ago and still carry some of the pieces of knowledge with me. But this is more attractive as it is an audible which is easier to follow and understand.

One of the best on MIND GYM.

Learning to enhance my skills has always been a importance with me so I read quite a few supportive books. Mind Gym is one of the best I have read, though, because it not only gives you helpful information about why we need to change our thought patterns, it gives you concrete advice on how to essentially attain changing your mentality. If you want to change your life, I would definitely recommend reading this book!

Excellent! Practical, book for us.

Very practical information existing very well. I was curved early in the book when the author tinted how we all use cerebral shortcuts, activate it on autopilot and need to learn how to challenge our conventions about different things in life.
