Yes. Pleasant, soft voice. The type of performance needed for the subject matter.
Could you see Meditation for Beginners being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
Any additional comments?
For someone like me with no experience whatsoever with meditation, this book was not helpful enough. There are a few example exercises but not enough information or direction to help me feel confident enough to begin a successful path on my personal journey in meditation. For the price, it wasn't worth it.
This is a nicely written, well narrated broad brush approach to introduce a complex subject.
