Too repetitive in GAWDs!
Had this book not sounded like a conversion to the Church sermon it would have scored 5 across the board. The narrators way of dropping voice to quote bible passages, sometimes quickly as though embarrassed by then was tediously irritating made even worse by a cock sure American accent. Too much for my British ears but may be okay to Americans if the sickly condescending approach doesn't put them off. Baring it all sounding like your regular over the top sermon the contents is quite informative, enlightening and truthful and I would say rather than miss out on the information tolerate the condescending bible bashing dialogue and just pick out the gems of information. Would I read it again? No. Am I glad I read it? Yes.
