Summary

Why do some people succeed at change while others fail? It's the way they think! Liminal thinking is a way to create change by understanding, shaping, and reframing beliefs. What beliefs are stopping you right now? You have a choice. You can create the world you want to live in or live in a world created by others. If you are ready to start making changes, listen to this book.

Great summary of importance of shifting mindsets

Concise, clear, motivating description of the practice of creating cognitive and behavioral space for a new future to emerge.

My belief is that this is a great book

Maybe your belief is different. Let's talk about it and see it from different perspectives. Seriously, I thought it was well arranged. Almost every chapter had a story but more as a means of communicating the idea and not as a filler that I have found in some other books in the past.

Excellent read

I have come across book many times and never really paid attention to it. It came yet again in my inbox and was on sale, I said what the heck and purchased. I do believe in a higher stronger power and I know that I was being pushed to get this book one way or another. This has. Wen one of the most informative and important insights into my thinking and how things seem “real” and like they are “law” in your brain. I kind of feel like this book comes in a demos a lot of the structures that I have built up and couldn’t see a way to change them bc they were just stuck. I honestly feel like things have been unlocked and other beliefs have been hit with a wrecking ball so I can start over and restructure some things that I never could see in a different light. I purchased it on kindle yesterday as well and stayed up till 3am reading. I even had dreams of me looking and being in situations where I stood back and tried to see my beliefs as well as whom ever else I was talking to in my dream. It’s a wonderful read and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a deeper and happier understanding of our thoughts and beliefs. Thanks Dave!

Snooze fest

So basic I could hardly stay awake. Only way I got through this was because it was an audio book I listened to in my commute. Ugh..
