    Glad I purchased this book. It has certainly changed my perspectives about life. It's well researched, relevant and excellently written and auditioned. It's certainly one of my favourite books and I will certainly recommend it to any of my patients looking for a good book to read to deal with anxiety problems and life challenges. Love everything about the book?

    Slightly disappointed !

    I was hoping maybe too much how much this book might help me to know more about not to worry, but I honestly say I have not learned anything that much that I don’t already knew! But for those who might be in a different state of minds that needed more help, I suppose it might be useful to them?

    Essential

    I’m no a worrier and have never been. However the book helps me describe what I’ve been thinking and living. People often describe me as a naive optimist. Well, it’s always worked for me in all aspects of life. Now I’ve a tool to share it with them, already couple of my friends are reading the book and we had some great conversations as a results.
