How often have you heard yourself responding with yes to things that were not good for you? Things that consumed your time and energy and sabotaged your confidence?

The material is quite well presented, has merit in pointing out just why we most usually say 'yes', and provides some basic strategies to try. However, in the corporate world, saying 'no' is often not an option; how many people on a Personal Improvement Plan (PIP aka Punishment Plan or, I understand in the US, Get Your Resume Ready) have tried it?
Narration is clear and easy to follow. However, the inclusion of a rate-yourself quiz is silly as there is no way to use it. This is a feature of a lot of audiobooks as the producers seem to think they have to present the original text even when it won't patently work.
A good, quick listen.
I really need to learn to say no more often than yes all the time!
