    Don't waste your time

This book had no substance- it was more of a "stream of consciousness". Not only was it not useful, it may be damaging because it may discourage listeners from from doing further research into this important topic.

    Geared toward young adults

Nice advice for young adults but not so useful for someone more mature. Narrator has a pretty voice.

Realize Your Value By Loving Yourself

Would you listen to How to Love Yourself again? Why?

Indeed, I would listen to it since it enlightened me on the things that I need to focus on in order to appreciate myself all the more. With that, I get to love myself to the fullest.

What was one of the most memorable moments of How to Love Yourself?

One of the most memorable for me is the reminder to not get swayed by the misconceptions and images portrayed by the different types of media.

What about Amy Barron Smolinski’s performance did you like?

There was calmness in the narration. Additionally, I could sense the feelings and emotions as I listened to her.

What did you learn from How to Love Yourself that you would use in your daily life?

I learned four things. First is the importance of doing the things that I love; thus, bringing about happiness. Another thing that struck me is refraining from stress by prioritizing and organizing, especially with financial obligations. Third is going about negative people or situations. Last is showing generosity not only in cash but in kind as well.

    Any additional comments?

    It was very enlightening!
