    I don't know why it took her hours and hours to say that, but there you go

    "Worst great course for me"

    Patronizing style with a number of claims thrown in it made it hard to completely listen to it. Nearly Nothing resonated. Only the importance of sleep.

    Claims get anecdotal reference. Acupuncture and footreflex get serious treatment.

    I blindly bougth great courses with intersting titles. No more. This was a waste of a credit and my time.

    I'm grateful for the information presented, but too much time was devoted to Mindfulness / yoga exercises. Also did not like being spoken to like I am a child.

    "meditation- the king of empty promises"

    The book is a lot of meditation. Telling yourself how to feel happier and more energetic. In addition to the reliance of meditation the bulk of the book is narration of what to think about and how to feel as it guides your meditation in real time meaning that even if you do think that meditation is rewarding (I don't) you can't follow the instructions unless you are in a quiet and safe place. Listening while commuting or doing chores are right out. I gave up after a few hours. I wanted a book on nutrition, fitness and lifestyle. This is just a bunch of guided meditation and empty promises. Even if you do think that this is useful (I don't) the writer never backs up claims with science. It is all based on anecdote and personal experience if anything.

    Good and very helpful information, but I dif not apreciate the presentation of yoga throughout the course. A bit too much of Yoga for me.

    It was so blatantly slanted toward women.

    Knowledge and Decisions by Thomas Sowell.


    What does Kimberlee Bethany Bonura bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

    Her narrative underscored the book's obvious gynocentrism.


    You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

    Some interesting breathing techniques, such as Breath of Fire.

    I rarely regret money spent on books, but, I did this time.

    "great course"

    full of practical advice spanning multiple disciplines. this course draws on many well established scientific studies to re-inforce to the mainstream listener what many spiritual seekers have experienced. A great listen for the more or less knowledgeable in the field of mind body

    Who was your favorite character and why?

    Kimberlee Bonura had a very calming voice when doing exercises.


    Any additional comments?

    This was a great book. I wanted a hard copy to look back on and was disappointed there was not one, however I would recommend this book to anyone needing to learn the tools to improve their energy.
