Summary

Happiness is a Choice is a blueprint of simple, concrete methods to empower one's decision to be happy. It offers Kaufman's clear and strong statement on the care and feeding of the human spirit, exploring the belief that the secret to happiness lies within each of us, no matter what happens--or doesn't happen--in our lives. Kaufman offers an uplifting look at this philosophy and the six universal "shortcuts" to happiness.

Barry Neil Kaufman has twice been the recipient of a Christopher Award saluting his writing “affirms the highest values of the human spirit.” Mr. Kaufman is Co-Founder and Co-Director with his wife, of The Option Institute International Learning & Training Center in Sheffield, Massachusetts, a nonprofit, educational organization and teaching center.

this is a good book

However, I highly recommend that anyone who wants to be happy, buy 'To Love is to Be Happy With.' Actually, if you go to the website of the author's institute, you can read the entire book online.
However, you still need a copy. I would love to have that book available here on Audible, though I think I have it memorized! It is actually possible to forget how to be unhappy, and this book is one that can show you how!
