Confident this works
Listened to it for the first time and already had a better nights sleep. I was sceptical, but remained open minded as I wanted to give it an honest try.

Excellent for getting to sleep
I have trouble getting to sleep and I also wake numerous times in the night unable to get to sleep. Since listening to this I have had no trouble on either account. I don’t think I’ve ever got more than 10 minutes in before I am fast asleep. It certainly does what it is supposed to do. I can thoroughly recommend this book.

Doesn’t work for me
I appreciate that this possibly works for some people but I haven’t found any sleep hypnosis which has had an effect on me, and I add this one to that list. It did nothing. Good luck to those it might work for though.

Made me feel anxious! Overlapping voices not relaxing.
There was just no need to complicate this hypnosis track. When trying to get to sleep the last thing you want is to try to process his two overlapping voices. Not for me.

Anxiety and stress provoking
The whole thing is very weirdly off sounding. The background music sounds reminiscent of an old keyboard organ playing and the double up of talking is just stressful! I use alot of sleep hypnosis tracks to help me fall asleep but this one is definitely not for me.

Listened to the whole story never got into a trance or fell asleep so was surprised at the end when he said 4,3,2,1 wake up I was never asleep didn’t relax me much either so not a good listen in my opinion
