    This book would work for the ones who already have been exercising regularly. It gives you good tips on the cardio part, but, I'd expect more variations on total body exercises. I love the diet section. I'd definitely cook these meals.

    This is a very clear and concise book full of workouts that you truly can do anywhere. I bought this for my husband who is short on time and has a very hectic work life. I think this was just the thing he was looking for to get back on track!
