Great plan with lots of motivation

Very good plan to lose weight. The reading of the daily meals is a little repetitive, but the book is good. I've lost weight following the plan. The PDF file is the meat of the plan, but the rest is motivational stories and instructions to conquer setbacks and making permanent mind changes. I actually bought the Kindle version first, then got the audio version for listening in my car.

Would be better to read

Struggled to finish because it is hard to follow as an audio book.
Would definitely be better to purchase the hard copy.

Not great for audio books, lacks referenced PDFs.

I can not rate the quality of the book or program. They reference this program PDF but it is not available to those of us who purchase the audio book.

I will be purchasing a physical copy of the book. The information is just so good and so much that I felt like I was missing things that I wouldn't if I were reading.

Good Book - bad PDF

Would you try another book from Chris Powell and Heidi Powell and/or Chris Powell and Heidi Powell ?

These books are only good if you can use the PDF. Not sure what's wrong with this PDF or who reviewed it, but the formatting is all over the place, it's not usable.

What other book might you compare Extreme Transformation to and why?

Almost identical to the last book by the Powell's, not sure what is different in this book.

What about Chris Powell and Heidi Powell ’s performance did you like?

Love Chris and Heidi as a couple.

Do you think Extreme Transformation needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Maybe only a recipe book, something easier to put together.

Great book for all around change in lifestyle. I love how they go through all the ups and downs of dieting and transforming yourself to your best you. I enjoyed this read a lot.
