For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

What made the experience of listening to Emotional Intelligence 2.0, by Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves: Key Takeaways, Analysis, & Review the most enjoyable?
This book is really a summary of the key takeaways from the original book, it was very interesting, it told about the authors and their background and how it pertains to the information written in the Emotional Intelligence book.
What did you like best about this story?
the key topics of that are given to you that are in the original book are what I liked. Sean Patrick Hopkins really gives you a nice breakdown of the different sections and explains the main points that will be discussed or learned in each one of those sections of the book.
What does Sean Patrick Hopkins bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I really don't think there is anything special that he brought, this book isn't a book with characters and Sean does not have to change his voice or read to where you feel the emotions of characters.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from Emotional Intelligence 2.0, by Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves: Key Takeaways, Analysis, & Review?
I think I will actually have to read the book first to really get good detail on what I can apply but I am curious to learn different techniques for dealing with my emotions.
Any additional comments?

This would be a fine intro to read but a complete waste of money to use my credit for.
Didn't provide any real value. I thought there was going to be some instruction but it was just an overview of the book you should get.
I guess I didn't read the description completely.
