Easy Yoga for Stress includes techniques that will help disperse physical stress by rhythmically moving the body and bringing mobility to areas in the body where stress is commonly stored. The session will clear and calm the mind whilst developing and encouraging a smooth, steady flow of breath, which will help to naturally reduce and counteract the effects of stress on your body and mind, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed.
