All About Anxiety

his book helped me understand and cure my anxiety. I experienced what I would call a nervous breakdown that came out of nowhere and lasted three weeks. I literally thought I would need to be admitted to a mental hospital.

Loving this book. Got it about a week ago today. Started using techniques as I was reading them, already getting me in the right direction. Making me want to start getting in a zen-like state of mind. Even started doing yoga as a result.

Super guide

Actual practical advice. Do X and you will be less anxious. I wish more books were immediately applicable and effective like this. Many of the techniques or ways of thinking worked for me. I return to the book when I am feeling particularly anxious and I am always able to snap out of it.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....

My biggest anxiety now is the fear of getting bad again. But, I just pray and start using the Dare response again. This book was honestly a blessing from God. I am excited to continue down a path of success, be a wife, and one day have a family. God is good. Never loose hope, "I love myself."

I thank God for giving Barry the inspiration to develop this program. In just one week after reading the book I am feeling so much relief. excellent book

I finished this book, very helpful. I plan to reread, or go back to whenever I need to. It has steps, it has internal thinking of things like dont fuel anxiety, dont use crutches, and heres howwww. I tell myself "Ive done this for so long, I got this." As a power thinking step. Very good book.

Good to listen.....

An excellent addition to the bookcase of any teen suffering from anxiety, this book treats the issue with the seriousness and sensitivity it deserves but unfortunately rarely gets. Young people reading this to deal with their own anxiety will feel reassured that their situation is far from hopeless.
