helpful and not annoying

I've found this really useful. they are well balanced guides that have helped to maintain being present without being overly intrusive. I also like the fact he's a bloke from Yorkshire, helps protect against my hippy nonsense prejudice (which is strong! ) .

Good

Good guided meditation. Leads you through without being obnoxious. Great for those of us who have a hard time focusing.
