it's good to throw in your gym bag to find a quick workout idea, but otherwise, I would say just to find a few CrossFit gyms you like and check their websites for the workout of the day.

Great for at home work out

Some of my favorite exercises come from this book. Its a low cost item that gives you local access to some solid information.. This book showed me a ton! Can't wait to start using some new exercises to freshen up my training.
