I would recommend this. book to all,! Angels are among us. I experience them , especially when I am weak. when I am about to fall within the hardest times of struggles or needs. whether it comes from the heart of mankind, or from heaven, there is always a spiritual presence watching over you . We forget the most important things, that's why these books are a blessing to hear or read. I am glad I am able to listen to something so powerful.
I would recommend this book to anyone that wants/needs a little lift emotionally. It is just a feel good type of book that helps you realize who's in charge. Love, love, love to put my headphones on and just sit back and relax to these beautiful stories the author has shared with us.
You will love each story that unfolds to your ears. Stories of hope, God's love and joy.
Would you try another book from the authors and/or Kathy Garver and Tom Parks ?
While there were a few noteworthy stories in here, having to wade through the truly terrible ones required a greater virtue of patience than I possessed. Some of these stories were really that bad.
What was most disappointing about the authors’s story?
The most disappointing thing was the stretching of rather mundane occurrences and making them out to be something of the miraculous. The level of writing was frankly poor.

If you could sum up Chicken Soup for the Soul: A Book of Miracles - 34 True Stories of Angels Among Us, Everyday Miracles and Divine Appointment in three words, what would they be?
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
Kathy Garver. Holy cow! Her voice is so annoying. Tom Parks only read 1 or 2 stories and she did the rest. And please Kathy, stop doing character voices. They were so ridiculous and over dramatic! Every time she would change her voice into a character, I wanted to throw up. People driving near me in traffic probably thought I really was, because I continually made "throw up/gagging" facial expressions every time she did it!! I was so focused on her annoying reading, I couldn't feel very good about the stories; some of which almost seemed too ridiculous to even be real. I mean, did they even fact check any of these? They seemed very fictional, and I'm a believer!
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Kathy Garver and Tom Parks ?
Julia Whelan...Tom Parks can stay, but he needs to read more!! Why did he only read 2 stories out of 36??
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No; and not because of the stories...because of Kathy Garver.
Where does Chicken Soup for the Soul: A Book of Miracles - 34 True Stories of Angels Among Us, Everyday Miracles and Divine Appointment rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
this is the first in the series that I have listened to. My son and I listened to the book on the way to school and doing errands in the car. We absolutely love the stories which are so refreshing after being barraged with bad news all day long from so many sources. We loved that there was a mix of stories in the book. We especially liked the description of the angels who helped the people. The stories emphasised the goodness of God and the reality of His helpers - our angels.
I love this series. each book is encouraging to read. This oone was just as good as all the reat
