This kit is just that - a series of sessions to help anyone build confidence, survive and succeed in the business world. It starts with a background to Hypnotherapy which will help any of those who are suspicious of it or have concerns with the techniques.



The tape covers confidence, stress control, public speaking, accessing your intuition as well as others.
