Rollercoaster
I found this anything but relaxing, and felt I wasn't given time to really get into a trance before it took off into frenetic layered voice suggestion mode. I've listened to Paul McKenna do layered voice hypnosis and it was much gentler. Having only listened once I can't of course say if it has helped, but I don't feel inclined to listen a second time.

Low expectations, fairly well met
I was really hopeful after trying a few samples to get a pice that was relaxing so 5* for that, but I just don’t think hypnosis works on me. Even tried in a sitting position.
I won’t trash it as it may work for some and as I say, it’s great to find a voice that isn’t robotic or tinny. Just isn’t working for me sadly.

Confusing
Found it quite hard to listen to. Never heard the work relax so many times. Repetitive and the overlap of voices just triggered me and got frustrated trying to listen to both at the same time

Gets you Into the trance but....
uncanny how this works with the double voice and the trance I was able to achieve a d it works as an excellent sleeping aid. Like all quick fixes in life this has no effect on eating habits.

Awful, especially if you have auditory sensitivity
I've never been very good with lots of noises at the same time I can't have the TV on and have my husband playing things on his phone at the same time and that's what this feels like. I was getting nice and relaxed and them bam! he brings an overlay on top of what he was first sayin. I couldn't make sense of either parts and it gave me a headache. if you have auditory sensitivity like me give it a miss.
