Very useful

Having read a lot of books on the topic of fear management I have to say that this book stands out
by providing practical guides on how to take action about certain fears immediately.
The only shame is that in contrast to what the author himself recommends he spends from my point of view too much time ranting about bad therapists and the key mistakes they make.

Disappointed

Very disappointed. Basically, most of the book is the author talking about himself and his experiences, and then most of the stuff is what you probably already know!
