    Straightforward book on the many kinds of home workouts. Simple, easy to follow routines but effective. Recommended for those new to workouts. this is very well written and has a number of ideas for staying in shape. It is also a good reference tool.

    It really keeps my workouts from growing stale. I think it is a good investment.great for beginners and the experienced as well. good directions and input on how to get the best out of each workout. also great routines for isolating muscles and full body workouts for the time constrained.

    I bought this for my wife because she was looking for workout ideas. This book has an unbelievable variety of workouts for women. One of the best features is that it has a section for exercises that are done in a gym, and a section that shows exercises done at home. The exercises are suitable for men as well.
