Learn to take control of your thoughts

If we see our mind as a beautiful garden that it is, then we should endeavor to guard it from the minutest of negative or uninspiring thoughts.



This book has left me with the knowledge and wisdom that to be truly free, then one needs to take absolute control of his/her thoughts.
