    I got this for my daughter. It was recommended. Since it was a gift I don't know anything about it. Great book for anyone suffering from anxiety or depression.

    "Excellent book"

    This is a quick, non-intimidating audio full of humor and encouragement. Most self-help books are either too dry or get too intense, and I usually don't make it past the third chapter. Not the case here! The author's voice invites an ambiance of holding a normal conversation with a well-educated, supportive friend. You'll find a lot of great information coupled with practical tools to build your skill set up to the point where anxiety can't knock you to the ground every damn time. Bonus: It's super cheap so why not give it a shot? Well worth the money.

    I thought this book was very interesting and had some good information on both recognizing anxiety and dealing with it. One aspect I really liked was that throughout the book there are little sections that have tips to try if you only have 5 minutes or 10 minutes, which is helpful when some of the strategies seem intensive or overwhelming. I think this book can be very helpful for anyone struggling with anxiety, as long as they also remain open to seeing a doctor if needed.

    "Absolutely great....a must read"
    Would you consider the audio edition of Anxiety: 3 Books in 1 to be better than the print version?

    Both are good audio version is helpful me

    I love it. I learned a lot and actually have the hard copy book as well because I suffer from multiple brain issues but I am functional with a successful career. This was very helpful for me and I actually listen to it over and over again because one of those brain issues is memory dysfunction in which I am unable to retain information. It was literally going in one ear and out the other as I was listening so I have to go back and repeat everything frequently however all in all it's great and it's highly recommended.

    "Worth reading book"

    The depression is a real issue that will have serious consequences. I found this book in order to help my girlfriend after her mother pass away, I need to help her so in the search I found this book. I really like it due all the explains the depression and the symptoms that would help you to determine how deep you're in the depression and will guide you with different techniques to work in your self-esteem and relaxation exercises.

    I recommend this book if you're in a depression case, it really works!

    "Life Saver. Book for Fearless living."

    Once we got to the actual application part of the book, I was a little disappointed to see it all pared down to breathing and relaxation for panic attacks, and things like exposure therapy for established triggers. While it is cool to know the why behind these practices, I cant say they helped me because I knew the practices themselves have gotten me out of panic attacks before without having to read a book. Very well written and full of thoughtful and practical methods to help those suffering from anxiety. An excellent discussion of various medications and when to consider using.

    Would you listen to Anxiety: 3 Books in 1 again? Why?

    My ideas of what the author is talking about reflect my spiritual side also. I agree slowing down and keeping your thoughts in the present. It like going within to listen to your higher self.<br/>


    What did you like best about this story?

    Living in the moment so that you can stop your negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts.Being mindful of excessive thinking creates obsessive behavior.

    I really like much this Book that gives me a lot of tips how to relaxed. It's a lot o benefits to found, a big help us to defeat fear and depression. Now , we need some advise and exercise to make comfortable. A healing book that can finally kick our depression ,fears, anxiety etch. This is great a lot of helpful tips how to become strong and to relaxed. That is perfect for me, I will apply it to my self.

    "ALL NEED TO LISTEN THIS BOOK"

    yeah i will.. Anxiety therapy is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes the important role of thinking in what we feel and how we behave.

    This means that we can change the way we think in order to feel and act better even if the situation has not changed. This book contains a lot of good information and tips that are helpful to all those who suffer from depression, anxiety or phobias. Very well done book!
