In the second half of the program, Sylvia leads a meditation that invokes the presence of our angels and individual spirit guides, and invites them to communicate with us. We feel their protection, receive their healing, and with Sylvia's encouragement, learn how to ask them for the help we desire.
This is an interesting book. If this is a field you are interested in this subject it is worth listening to and very enjoyable.

Never having previously listened to her lectures or read any of her books, i kept an open mind when i 1st bought this audible book. At the time i'd been looking for answers to many questions which i found she covered very well and confirmed some of my previous beliefs. A pleasure to listen to. Infact I played twice over the 1st day. If it had been longer I would have gave it a 5, but none the less Fantastic!!

I fell in love with Sylvia Browne after first listening to this amazing recording. She is witty, she is fun, she is so down to earth that you can FINALLY relax and realize: no, you are NOT crazy for not being able to keep your mind empty during those two meditation attempts and no, you are not schizophrenic for SENSING with all the square meters of skin on your body the presence of SOMEONE on the back sit of your car.
Yes, your Angels are with you.
And the Spirit Guides, too.
Perhaps, they DO have wings. I was in the gym and HAD to stop tummy-crunches and laugh out loud (for the whole two minutes!!) listening to Sylvia describing how she learned about THAT fact. When I was listening to this book third time, I was STILL laughing at this and many other revelations from Sylvia.
The guided meditation she shared at the end of this program is my favorite ever for now.
You NEED this audio book, for the sheer example of light hart-ed attitude to life, filled with simple knowledge of the life beyond the veil.
I have listened to this book at least five times and am going to again :)

Sylvia is funny, enlightened and blessed. She is a great reminder that we all have something to share in this life and if we don't, we'll just have to try again. Her meditation was more powerful than cutting onions and left me feeling lighter than a feather. I would definitely recommend listening to this audiobook.

As usual with a Sylvia Browne book, it was very informative and sincere, and delivered with her usual wry wit. Near the end she leads us through an amazing, powerful meditation to facilitate meeting our guides and angels, and also heal our bodies. Then there is a Q&A session that had me moved to tears, and also laughing like crazy.
I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone, even skeptics. It's not very long, and it's a great mood-lifter.
Very insightful. Sylvia is a wonderful giving person, and her meditations are beautiful and calming.
Everything Sylvia Browne has done I love. I miss Sylvia everyday. She was the real deal. Thank God she has these books to listen to.
Her sense of humour is great. Her teachings are more or less in keeping with the others of similar backgrounds. All round ok but as Sylvia herself says keep an open mind and do your own research
If you could sum up Angels and Spirit Guides in three words, what would they be?
INSPIRING, POWERFUL, and WONDERFUL takeaway!
What did you like best about this story?
The positive confirmation and comfort in hearing that our loved ones who have passed on before us truly are still here with us.
What does Sylvia Browne bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Comedy in her stories. Hearing her routine, I was able to experience a more personal account of heartfelt emotion during conversations between audience members and Sylvia, I likely would not have felt, or that may not have been included, having read the book..
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Sylvia is hilarious! I laughed out loud throughput. Other occasions, I experienced chills, and must admit, tears did well-up in my eyes during one or two topics of discussion.
Any additional comments?
Great experience! I am so glad I had the time to listen. I also deeply regret not having had the opportunity to see her live or meet her, seeing as how she has since passed on.
