Summary

Wonderful experience listening to this. Thank you so much Rebecca. Loved your story of how you came to do this work.

The excerises were nicely delivered and the testimonials quite inspirational. I have already completed a number of the techniques explained in this book with immediate success. I feel the need to share this natural gift with as many people as possible.

Fantastic

I am fascinated by the breath and Breathwork. This book is one of my new favourites. It is clear and easy to listen to. Rebecca has managed to make something that can be quite complex and incredibly deep, easy and clear. The exercises are wonderful. I strongly recommend this book to anyone curious about Breathwork or deep into their own practice. Thank you so much Rebecca x

Very informative and helpful

Came across a Rebecca via Fern Cottons reference to her in the book Calm.Interesting to hear her story and how she turned things around having discovered Breathwork.Some great exercises that have a real positive beneficial effect.

Amazing

I was looking for a book to give me techniques around breathing to enhance my meditation and help with my wellbeing. Rebecca slowly teaches a variety of techniques in every chapter and points to when you can use them. There is focus on the biology, spirituality and psychology of the breath which are all linked in a holistic overview of the topic. This book will enhance my breathwork.A wonderful book.

Everyone needs Rebecca in their life.

I was fortunate to meet Rebecca years ago and she sparked an interest in breathwork that has quite literally changed my life.
When she first told me about how beneficial it was I was skeptical.... I was really unwell at the time and on very strong medication.
However, the way she explained breathwork to me, stuck with me.
I cannot recommend her books highly enough.
Put in the work to practice her methods and you will be rewarded ten-fold.
Thank you Rebecca, for the gift of breath... I no longer hold mine without realising!
