Absolutely brilliant book!!

If you could sum up 5 Minute Morning Boosters in three words, what would they be?

Best book ever !!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Truly brilliant inspiring book . The tips in it are very similar to ways that I like to relax and ways I find to manage in life really !! There is very good advice in the book and I can definitely see myself incorporating this into my life. I look forward to reading Rachels other books !!

Have you listened to any of Johanna Oosterwyk’s other performances? How does this one compare?

No I haven't. I enjoyed listening to this narrator she has a lovely soothing voice which wants you to keep on listening !!

Great Strategies the Lost in Morning Crew

I really like this book because it gave very practical and realistic ways to improve your mornings.
Many times, I'm scrambling during the week or lost for lack of routine on the weekends, and this book gives great strategies and suggestions as to how to create a better morning, thus; a better day.
I would recommend this book for those who are always looking to self improve.

Helpful information and some great tips and ideas.

Some of the things in this audio book I've heard before and some were new to me but it's good to hear them again with a different twist. The only not so nice thing I have to say is the narrator sounds a bit like a computer.

Well presented practical ideas for better mornings

I can highly recommend this audiobook to everyone. It is well written giving practical advice how to achieve better feeling mornings and thus better feeling days. The ideas are easy to introduce to one's every day life, will take only 5 minutes or less a day and are neatly arranged into segments ranging from mindset to money and health to productivity and organizing one's life. There are a lot of ideas to choose from in every category and therefore there is something for everyone! The author also states her sources so one can easily find more info about any area one wants. I listened this book several times and every time found new ideas that I will absolutely introduce into my own morning routine. If you have never had a morning routine before, try the 30-day trial the author suggest. It is worth it! A morning routine will easily set the tone for the rest of your day! All in all this is an audiobook well worth listening several times!
