Deep relaxation - result!

I was sceptical that this would work, never having had hypnosis before. I was also put off by the authors voice, but nevertheless I thought what have I got to lose.

Used it for the first time with my hubby and at the end I said to him well that didn’t work for me as I thought I had been listening to the book the whole time. He corrected me by saying that for at least half of the time I had been asleep and then work up when the author counted me in 😂… unfortunately, it didn’t work for him.

Saying that, I don’t always fall asleep but I do feel deeply relaxed during the sessions and afterwards feel more refreshed and ready to carry on my day. Would recommend!

How does it work ? But it does

I have to set a shorter time for listening as I use this audio to go to sleep and at the end he tells you to wake up . It is meant for short naps during the day
I can’t manage without listening to this most nights

Good relaxing meditation

It was good but I found it difficult to relax with because the reader's voice was so deep. I struggle with hearing deep noises and had to have my volume right up. That said, once I was sorted I fell asleep pretty quickly

hypnosis?

I never entered a trance state. it's a guided relaxation. that's all. it's good... but I expected more

As a sceptic of hypnosis I found this extremely effective

I regularly listen to this when I’m stressed or can’t switch my overthinking brain off.

Has successfully helped me get to sleep at night.

Would recommend.

Nice & relaxing.

The narrator’s voice was a bit too droll for me. I did find myself drifting with the lite melody.

very relaxing

don't agree with many other comments here. I thought his voice was relaxing and enjoyed the 20 minute session, just wish he didn't count to awaken, as I would like to use it for sleep.
