Each meditation begins with a relaxation session to prepare you for the journey. Torsten Abrolat has lovingly and with great care composed sounds and music to create an appropriate mood. After about 6 minutes our nature journey is followed by a deep relaxation phase with beautiful sounds, in which you continue the journey yourself and relax deeply and restfully. There are no limits to your positive fantasies - and far away from your everyday life you will feel free from stress and hectic for a while.
At the end we gently bring you back from the meditation and the music becomes more lively. Slowly you open your eyes again and after a few minutes you are back in the here and now. You will feel awake and refreshed. Now you can start the day with new energy, continue or come to rest in the evening.
Each meditation is about 10 minutes long. So you can plan your short meditation well for daily use. Allow about 15-20 minutes including preparation and follow-up. You are also welcome to take several relaxation trips in a row.
