Life changing
I’ve just finished this book and not only has it been a great read with so many insightful questions to make me think about my life, and practical exercises to help me change it and be the best version of me… the ending had me in tears of joy because I can relate so much! I absolutely love how Vex wrote an Afterword dedication to his wife, Kaushal - I feel like it relates to me and my partner and now I know that whatever life throws at us, we’ll be ok. I’ve been healing whilst reading this book and I’m realising more and more just how things can change when you work on your mindset, without changing your external circumstances. Thankyou, Vex King, for writing this and challenging me 😊❤️

Incredible
After having read Vex King's first book, Good Vibes, Good Life, I had to give Healing Is the New High a try and I'm glad I did. The exercises throughout the book have been great, tough, challenging but absolutely worth it. I am still working my way through the audiobook and have just a few chapters left but I am reaping the benefits already. If you are considering buying this, I urge you to. You won't regret it.

Step by step practice to healing
Excellently written and delivered, a very powerful book. One of the only book I have found that it shows how, why and what. The author’s clear vision to healing and his own life experiences come alive in the stories. It is a must read!
