Good book, helpful advice, gentle voice to listen

It was a good book. Well written and well explained. Small stories portraited good examples of emotional abuse, even subtle ones. Author gave really helpful advice throughout the book. And most importantly, the voice of the narrator is is so gentle and pleasant to an ear. Overall, very good book. I would go back again 2nd last chapter to write down 30 day diary exercise.

Women this is a go to book for sure!

I had been in an abusive relationship for over 1 years, you never know what you are going through until you look back, luckily i got out but its still good to hear other women's stories and ways to heal

Lots of crucial information!

I have read and listened to a few other books, this one focused mainly on the "victim" This book is not a guide telling you what a narc is! I enjoyed this book and will be recommending to others.

Book is completely sexiest

I am a man that is just broken up with a narcissistic alcoholic ex-girlfriend I was looking for something that was unisex that could be based on both sexes but this is just all about women I’d like to get my money back

Not what I hoped for

It's hard to find specific books to focus on aspects of healing from Narcissism where the focus isn't a relationship, partner or spouse. I need to focus on healing from a narcissist parent. I thought some of the information may be relatable, however, and it was to a point, but I needed to focus on other areas than what the book presented. This book was not what I hoped for, not because it wasn't good, it just wasn't the right aspect.

One of the most helpful on the subject

I found this book to be rather useful. I have enjoyed the journaling more than i thought i would. Its helping with what I am going through at the moment. Its been a few months now, all though i'm not fully healed yet , I am beginning to see how my life can become so much positive again. I am excited for the future.

Real advice & guidance

I liked the writing & Journalling

Enjoyed doing the healing exercises and taking a deeper look at my past. I think it has helped quite a bit. I would recommend this audiobook to friends for sure.

Highly reccomeded

Recommended for anyone after a Narc!

I would say this is essential listening to anyone who has ever been in a relationship with a narcissist, either recent or years ago! Deep healing is so important, I am motivated to make 2019 the best year! I also enjoyed the journalling side of things, very effective! Thank you Jasmine. 10 out of 10!
