Found this book very helpful.

Found this book very helpful. He includes many visualization exercises that he recommends recording and listening to. I have yet to do this but have applied the concepts of relaxation and speaking with my inner adviser. Both techniques have helped me deal with pain and stress.

This is the most comprehensive, detailed, and ultimately helpful audiobook on taking care of our bodies, minds, and spirits, that I have ever come across. If you think you already know how and why to eat better, get enough sleep and exercise...etc... then this audiobook will only serve to deepen your enlightenment and motivate you towards greater inner and outer healing.

I have used this audiobook to heal myself. It is amazing how my body heals from within. You can find any exercise for helping to heal most aliments. Through the exercises you open the energy channels in the body so mind and body can reconnect and healing can take place.

I found them very helpful for myself.

Very useful internal exercises which may not appeal to everyone, but I found them very helpful for myself and for certain of my clients. If everyone could have this audiobook and applied even half of the helpful, practical suggestions, we would all be living much healthier, happier lives!

A wonderful audiobook with many exercises and techniques which can provide you good health in an easy way. The more you practice the more you will notice the differences in your life. Choose one or two exercises, practise them daily and wait for the results.

Definitely an amazing audiobook.

I found it very fascinating, there are many exercises and much helpful information that can really heal the mind body and soul. On the other hand there was a few things that I found to be a bit absurd, but the good far out weighed the bad. Definitely an amazing audiobook.

Great resource for any one!

The mind is a very powerful thing.

The mind is a very powerful thing. There are so many stories of people diagnosed with an incurable form of cancer who find healing through guided imagery, individuals who achieve great physical feats through visualization, or average people who simply live happier healthier lives through relaxation and stress relief. This audiobook reminded me.

This audiobook reminded me how far I have come in the past 4 years of my own self-healing. Some of it was preaching to the choir, and I appreciated that confirmation. I also learned a few new tricks for how I contemplate pain, and added guided meditation to my routine.

This is actually an audiobook I need

This is actually an audiobook I need to own because it's a reference book to review over and over again. I'm having problems sleeping i listen to it and have one of the best night's sleep ever. Now I just have to carve out a little time to do it.

Great Audiobook

The last part of the audiobook was my favorite because it provides useful daily practices and suggestions of things to undo. A good introduction if you’re not familiar and some good, gentle, advice on starting where you’re at to build up healthy habits.
