I loved it. It was traumatic and intense, but oh, so good. Havoc is a sweet, naive, inexperienced, but strong omega. When she meets her alpha, she thinks her time to get all the love she deserves has come. Instead, she is faced with a nightmare. So, she eventually kills him, and that is when the story starts for us. We get snapshots from the past from not only Havoc but all pack members, and slowly, we piece together how everything took place.
There is some spice, especially towards the end, but there is plenty of tension, too, and coercion and bullying. It's quite a ride.
I've got the SE, but I also got the audiobook, and I highly recommend it. The narration was great. Hybrid reading 📚 🎧 is the best.
