Summary

Do you desire to know what Hashimoto's Protocol entails?

More than 35 million Americans currently suffer from Hashimoto, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid gland and causes the body to attack its own cells.

To relieve the symptoms of this debilitating disease including chronic cough, acid reflux, IBS, allergies, chronic pain, hair loss, brain fog, and forgetfulness, patients are often prescribed synthetic hormones. All the above-mentioned symptoms have numerous, life-changing side effects.

But there is a better way.

Discover the real reasons and the healing path for lots of symptoms and conditions, including:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Headaches and Migraines
  • Sleep disorders
  • Aches and pains
  • Autoimmune disease
  • Fatigue
  • Mononucleosis
  • Hair thinning and loss
  • Heart palpitations
  • Vertigo
  • Hyperthyroidism
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Menopausal symptoms
  • Mysterious weight gain

This book is for everyone suffering from these symptoms because the chapters of this book provide information on natural thyroid medications and whether it is an effective form of treatment for hypothyroidism.

In this book, I will explain what hypothyroidism is and what causes this condition and discuss, in advance, some treatment options to know if you can consider it with your doctor.

I am satisfied to listen this audio book.

Excellent data for regular medications. This is one of the most educational and accommodating audio books I've tune in. I am verifying whether there is a later form.

Encyclopedic, several very useful protocols

This book gets straight to the point. "do this" "test this", for several conditions, not just hashimotos. candida, heavy metal poisoning, even gum infections. it also gives specific dosages of herbs and vitamin supplements. awesome resource

Changed the quality of my wife’s life

This book changed the quality of my wife’s life. I heard about it on the Bulletproof Radio podcast, bought it, listen it, and walked my wife through the protocol. She is doing better and better every day.

This is not really a book, but still interesting

This seemed to me like a collection of articles, not a book. That is why I rated it low on "story"; there is no real storyline. Still, the content is interesting, although the knowledge shared in it is not accompanied by much evidence (studies and such). It seems to be mainly based on the author's medical practice (which is not a bad thing in itself). Interesting read for someone with thyroid issues.

Very thorough and effective audible

Lots of information all at once. Might take a little time and referring back to resources, but I'm grateful for the information. I learned a lot.

Feel your life like never before

Great book. I follow the ancestral health/functional medicine space very closely, yet I still took away a ton of new and very useful information from this book.

Good comprehensive guide to follow

Lots of good information contained in the book. Very comprehensive. Would recommend to anyone who needs more information than your doctor has given.
