Invaluable Listen For New Mothers!

In this beautifully produced audiobook, the narrator, who is a Certified Nurse Midwife, shares wisdom and guidance for navigating the "Fourth Trimester" period for new mothers.

If you're feeling anxious or depressed or devastated or discouraged (from idealized impressions from social media or negative thinking), this gem of an audiobook is for you. All these emotions are validated.

She is authentic and sincere and is a timely and much needed voice in this time - Highly Recommend!

What new moms need!

This is a total lifesaver for new moms! It's packed with realistic, compassionate advice for navigating those first 12 weeks. The focus on recharging and nurturing yourself is exactly what every new mom needs. A new baby in the home is full of upheaval, and often new moms are so focused on baby (understandably so) that they forget that they have to care for themselves too. An exhausted and depleted mom is gonna struggle. This book provides great advice for self-care. A must-read for a smooth transition into motherhood. Absolutely loved it!

Fantastic!

Love this Audiobook! This is an absolute must for all the new Mama's out there. With all the excitement after your baby is born it iall too easy to get lost and neglect taking care of yourself. But it is more important than ever to take care of yourself, so you can take care of your baby ( and everyone else). I love the way the author break up the audiobook into very manageable sections explaining and giving practical ideas of different ways to nuture yourself. I highly recommend this for both the Mom and the Dads to listen to!

A Gift to All New & Expecting Moms

This is a wonderful resource and could make a great gift for all new and expecting Mom's. The author does a wonderful job covering the many challenges that can be expected after birth and it's done in a empathetic and supportive way. It's an easy listen and would benefit any new mom, whether they believe they are experiencing postpartum or not.
