The Happier Happiness

I am so excited to have this audible. I listen to The Happiness by Lucas Bailly author and I love it. Unfortunately, I always listen to it while I am driving so I can never take notes. So I am excited to address all in this work.

Happiness is doing and a little bit being

With a title like 'The Happiness Project,' the first thing I think is this is self-help audible. I love nonfiction, but the self-help section is not a category I go to. How I came across this audible was on my 'Recommend for you' list. My initial reaction was to go to the next work on the list, but something seized me. I don't know what it was, but I read the full description and then downloaded the individual.

"how to be happier in your life"

It is kind of a how-to audible with things she has tried, info from others, quotes from listening. It was a bit predictable but also gave some good suggestions from her experience and things others shared. Maybe the big help is the idea that we need to put our attention on each day's designs as well as being brave enough to change.

Highly recommend it!

the author sums up the reason for her happiness quest best by saying "the days are long, but the years are short". She chose to do something about it to make sure she was happier in her own life and luckily for us she has shared her explorations with a world that can always be a little happier.

significant in The Happiness Project.

I think uses the audible to be cathartic about her issues and happiness. I would tell anyone that I did not audible anything significant in The Happiness Project. The first chapter itself is amazing and made me tired. If a person were to do all of the January items mentioned, there wouldn't be time for anything else.

author's own happiness journey

This audible is not a general self-help audible, but a look into the author's happiness journey. As she mentions upfront, everyone's happiness project will look different, and through listening to hers I have been inspired to start my own. This is a good and quick listen. I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a bit of extra happiness in an already relatively pleasant life.

happiness and perspective

We have heard that so often that it no longer is taken severely, and I don't want to say it here, but this audible did have a significant impact on my happiness and perspectives. Groaning when this audible was chosen by one of my audible club members, as I did not want to see another "self-help" work, I grudgingly ordered and began posting. I had gotten into a gloomy, grumpy place in my life, but not all that bad. Just a bad attitude really, but the first chapter got my attention

happiness project'.

This audible was fantastic. This is one of the best ' concentrates on what's important' work that I've to listen in a long time. I felt a connection with the storyteller as I notice many of the same tactics used by her appeal to me. There's a lot that could be put into play with this audible, a lot that can be done with it. Of course, now, the challenge is the and implementation of my own 'happiness project'.

Happiness was not finishing this audible

Narcissistic mom with nothing to complain about spends a year indulging herself so she can be listening an audible. I want to hear back from Gretchen and when she suffers some actual profound difficulties in life and see how well her nifty skills and lists work then.

A Quick, Informative Book about happiness

This is a quick, insightful book filled with valuable information about how to change your mindset. Mr. Bailly does an excellent job of describing the different types of mindsets and the methods and exercises you can use to change your habits, thoughts and beliefs to pursue your goals. I've already listen Lucas Bailly's book, which he refers to, but I still learned a lot of new things from listening this audiobook. This is a very helpful audiobook for anyone who wants to learn about mindset and desires to change their life for the better.

Get it!

Well-made, intelligent, thought-provoking and entertaining. And based on solid idea of happiness. I have recommended this book to many of my friends and colleagues. I also make a point of relistening parts of it on a regular basis, so that I can continue to work on implementing many of his recommendations in my life.

Have listen several times.

A book made so that the listener can apply the principles to both personal and business environments. The application of stories within each section was brilliantly used to crystallize the concepts. For anyone, like myself, who wants to escape the negative thinking routines, this book can easily be a catylist towards a happier life through positive thinking.
