Habits yes, stacking no.
This book is just a list of 99 things you can do to improve your life like meditating and practicing gratitude. There is nothing really on how to stack these effectively. Simply adding 99 more things to my to do list isn't really all that helpful. Sorry.

Great ideas but could be more detailed!
Definitely gave me good ideas (though some of them I knew before or already do each day) and was a good source of motivation. Quite a few ideas were repeated, in slightly different language, but I guess that's to be expected with trying to come up with 99 ideas! Still plenty to implement and be inspired by. I would have liked more detail about habit stacking, eg. sample days, who came up with it and how, inspirational stories of successful people who use it, etc. I will read it again since it's so short and to remind myself of some of the ideas in a while. Certainly worth reading.

Efficient list of habits to establish
I have learnt a lot about developing positive habits over the last year and read and listened to several books on the topic. This book was still worth a listen to see which habits can be added and implemented or improved upon. Unlike other books that pad out content, this book gets to the point and doesn't waste our time, as such practicing what it preaches. Recommended for a short listen and re-listen.

the concept is good, content is blah
This book is unbelievably short and not very well read by the narrator. The guy has speech impediments or is just sloppy at talking, and is very annoying to listen to. Out of the 99 tips, I may go back and listen to the whole book again. I will write down about 10 of those tips/habits and Implement them. This book contains habits such as wake up and take a cold shower, wake up and drink a glass of water, wake up and drink lemonade. Those are some of the non-stellar tips. Some of the better tips the book gives are to plan your day carefully, review your goals often, get 8 hours of sleep every night.

It is okay. I can't say I have recommended it to anyone. There are a few great ideas in there. But, honestly it's basically a list.
