Habit ignition

I am so glad I came across this book. This book is a life changer. I learned that there are different triggers that affect our lives and how our habits are formed. Now, I am able to recognize the obstacles that's affecting my life and by following the WOOP exercise I had built a happier healthier life for myself. Life has indeed been better after reading this book. Highly recommended!

PRETTY GOOD BOOK

Secret Power of Habits

A great resource for an audio book for reprogramming our mind frame to a good habit.This book discussed the factors that enable us to determine our all the habits thus making us aware if a certain habit needs alteration by reprogramming our mindset through setting goals.Its approach can be easily implemented. A good guide for starting a good habit.Recommended this book to all the people.

Logical book, cheap performance

I'm only about a 30 minutes into this audiobook, and I'm already thinking about stopping. Not because of the book, mind you, but the performance. Poorly edited, weird pauses and inflection. Feels like a cold read by someone who is trying too hard to sounds like an infomercial. Perhaps a little more effort editing could have eliminated these issues... but I'm no narrator so what do I know?

Harnessing the power of habits.

I agree with the main points of the author of this self-help piece. His shout for small changes is evident in every pages of the book. Our habits force us to do what we do, thus it’s important to keep track of our habits. This doesn’t mean that we should have new habits, though. The bad improvements can be improved while the good habits of ours can be developed more. It allowed me to evaluate my life in a more positive perspective. Meanwhile, rituals whether predictable or patterned affect our success too. Find out how the author shared is tips in managing these two practices contribute to our productivity.

The most memorable moments of Habit Ignition that i personally liked is the 7th chapter WOOP exercise. Very interesting to hear.

My favorite chapter is 5th BREAKING HABITS, 6th FORMING HABITS.

Habit ignition is the EXACT change I needed

What did you love best about Habit Ignition?

It's a clear and concise step by step guide in changing your habits and sustaining clear rituals for your daily life.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Habit Ignition?

I love the part about utilizing the most out of your day. We all have 24 hours of it and we already spend about 8 hours of it dedicated to sleep. Put into account the time of eating and driving we do most days so our hours are limited. This book does a good job in explaining this and reinforcing it.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

In regards to habit changing, yes it's pretty much all I could ask for and then some. Really good audiobook if you're wanting information on how to change your daily habits.

I would recommend this audiobook to anyone looking for self development and self improvement. Great book!

Well Defined Steps!

Where does Habit Ignition rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is the first book I have about the topic. So much to learn about it. So true breaking a bad habit is never been easy and keeping it broken is much tougher.

Every words uttered by the narrator is worth it and memorable.

Incredible narration plus a good quality of voice.

One heartfelt piece!

A habit can make or break us. This famous quotation alone inspired me to learn the real essence of habits and change the ones that are hindering me from being successful. In this book you'll learn how to recognize the habits you wish to conversion and emphasis on the habits that bring positive effects towards your goals. I find this book to be unconditionally honest and deep, I pick up a lot of life shifting advice from it. If you want to learn more about the nadirs of your habits.
